First up- it doesn’t have a turntable – but don’t let this deter you!
At first I thought that not having a turntable would not be as good, but it doesn’t make a blind bit of difference. What I love about this piece of kit is the simplicity of it, one dial to set the time, push the same dial to start, and your cooking with microwave! Turn the know anticlockwise and the front panel lights up like a Christmas tree with a whole load of preset programs – select with the same dial, and your off! Fill the water tank, steam, grill whatever, it’s very easy and useful!
I’ve bought much of Marco Pierre White’s stuff and as yet I’ve still to be disappointed, this is another great gizmo that I’m happy to give worktop space for – I bought this microwave to replace an older one that still worked, I much prefer the looks, use and utility of the new one.

I purchased the russell hobbs marco pierre white 23 litre steamer microwave because of the amount of facilities available with this product. When it arrived I was so impressed with it I purchased another one for my son and his partner as a christmas present. We are all very impressed with the microwave. No more washing steamers after preparing sunday lunch, just pop the veg in the microwave and everything is efficiently and cleanly cooked. Well done russell hobbs

I bought this to replace my 12 year old Panasonic microwave which had done me well but I wanted an upgrade and this one looked good and is a great compact size. It has a digital screen and touch pad controls which are far preferable to a dial in my opinion.
The cooking is just as expected, the case did get a bit hot when I cooked
two jacket potatoes using the built in combination program, which didn’t produce particularly impressive results, but for regular microwaving it does well.
The microwave only gets 3 stars as unfortunately they have made the beep at the end of the cooking time so piercingly loud AND it beeps an unnecessary 5 times!!! I almost have to run for the machine before it finishes cooking to save my eardrums!
If anyone knows of a way to turn this beeping down, please let me know! If you are hard of hearing this is the microwave for you.

Love it. This was simple to use, and cooks food quicker than our old 800W machine. Just the right size, not too bulky and just fits a dinner plate.

Bought this after doing a bit of research into a new stylish product, had to have a specific look for a new kitchen. Was totally delighted with colour, shape & size – not too big & ideal presentation. Food cooked is just as nice as it would from the oven. Would recommend this to everyone!

A really superb looking microwave with touch-sensitive controls that is simple to use and understand. It comes with a clear, comprehensive booklet that also contains some simple recipe ideas. The 5 rings that signal the end of cooking might trouble some, but it’s particularly useful if you’re sitting well away from the oven listening to music or watching tv while you’re waiting.

I bought this microwave specifically for the additional grill function – had to replace an older Panasonic (with grill) that died. The first one that arrived had to be returned as the grill didn’t work at all, the second one appears to work, but the grill takes twice as long as it should to cook anything – and that’s on the full power setting. And, on arrival, the grill rack didn’t fit the microwave plate – had to bend the leg slightly to get it to fit on… Considered sending it back (again), but returns to Amazon are a real hassle (cunning ploy), so decided it wasn’t worth it.
The microwave function is fine and works pretty efficiently. And as a previous Panasonic owner – the loud beep doesn’t bother me. However, if you’re considering this model for a grill that actually grills – forget it. The grill function doesn’t work properly and it’s a waste of money. You’d be better off forking out a bit extra for a better model – wish I’d done that, but it’s too late now…
