   We bought this item to replace our previous microwave that gave up the ghost. The Daewoo microwave has lots of functionality and is WHITE. Nearly all the opposition products are silver or black which would have looked out of place in our kitchen. We were very surprised at the speed of delivery – it only took two days from order to us unpacking it!!

   Extremely pleased with this product, what I would class as a no fuss, grass roots model for customers who just want to slot the product in, chose the mode of cooking and enter the time required. Very easy keypad layout to understand, good capacity. Unlike many of the other products on the market that need an engineering degree to operate the various modes. The unit is not overly heavy and bulky so can be moved around easily if you are looking for something spacious to cook in for smaller kitchens.

   Bought this to replace our old microwave as we need one that will take a bottle steriliser. Contacted Daewoo direct via their website and they responded within 24 hours with the internal dimensions (why does no one list that? It’s got to be the most important aspect surely!!). So, great customer service from Daewoo, and a nice looking, powerful (1000w) and easy to use microwave, with some handy instant preset programmes as well.
   
   Very hapy with it.

   I purchased this on recommendations from the reviewers of this item from Amazon…however I have been very disaapointed…it is noisy …a horrible vibration sound from insecure sides and the whole microwave gets hot…including the outside…so it’s going back sadly…I shall carry on in my efforts to get a decent microwave…

   I purchased this microwave after speaking to Daewoo regarding the internal capacity, as it is never mentioned.They contacted me within the hour and I made the purchase. Full marks to Daewoo and also the Kor1noa microwave.

   After having used it for a month or so we couldnt be more happier.

   This is the updated version of the NN-A554W according to Panasonic with mainly tiny cosmetic differences, and indeed the instruction manual for this cooker includes the A554W (strangely a few £s dearer at the time of writing this review).

   I can only reiterate all the good remarks made in respect of the A554W and after trying out the various modes and combinations, it gets a full 5 stars in every respect. Looks good, very generous size and a top performance,

   For those people who claimed that the glass plate broke in use, – did they read the manual and use the metal plate over the glass one when using the convection facility?

   An excellent purchase and after wasting time buying and returning a Daewoo combination oven (see my review for the KOC901T) I’m very happy with this one, and as a fan of Panasonic products I’m hoping it’s not going to let me down.

   Very impressed, all the right features, seemed very good.
   
   BUT … only lasted just over 3 years then stopped working, disappointing.
   
   Our last Sharp microwave was amazingly good and incredibly quick and easy to use, and lasted 20 years
